Payment Terms – Training Courses

General

The following Terms apply to to training courses and classes managed and run by ShareThePoint Limited (“ShareThePoint”), PO Box 16372, Bethlehem, Tauranga 3147, New Zealand, telephone +64 7 578 5577. Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to ShareThePoint is deemed to include any and all companies operated by ShareThePoint.

ShareThePoint may, at its sole discretion, vary or modify these Terms from time to time. Any subsequent registration or booking by you, of an on-site or public training course will constitute an acceptance of these Terms as they appear at that time.

General Payment Terms

Our preferred payment method is either Internet Banking or Cheque. Our terms are payment in full within fourteen days, unless by prior arrangement. All invoiced amounts that remain outstanding by the due date will incur a late payment interest fee of 10% on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement occurs. ShareThePoint reserves the right to seek recovery of any money which remains unpaid for sixty days from the date of invoice, via collection agencies or court process. In such circumstances, you will be liable for any and all administrative and/or court costs.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds

Both ShareThePoint and you, the client, have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Any monies that have been paid to ShareThePoint which constitute payment for services, shall be refunded. No refunds will be offered however, where a service is deemed to have begun, and is, to all intents and purposes, underway.

Refunds will be processed up to 30 days before the event, less any fees incurred (unless an individual contract is in place which would override this refund policy). Our refund method is either Internet Banking or Cheque.

Public Training Courses – Refund and Cancellation Policy

ShareThePoint requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation to a pre-registered course or event by an attendee or participant. Notification in person, via email, telephone, text or SMS, or any other means will be accepted, subject to confirmation via email.

Substitutions (i.e.another person can attend in your place) can be made at any time, with no extra charges incurred.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to public training courses that you have booked through ShareThePoint Limited:

– Refunds will be processed up to 30 days before the event; however any cancellations after this date will incur an administration fee of $50.00.

– Course fees are non-refundable for anything less than 5 days prior to the event.

– Course fee payments are due within 5 days of the course date.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to classes scheduled around a conference event:

– Refunds will be processed up to 30 days before the event; however any cancellations after this date will incur an administration fee of $100.00.

– Course fees are non-refundable for anything less than 7 days prior to the event.

– Course fee payments are due within 7 days of registration (for conference or conference-associated course).

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses in the event of insufficient registrations. Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than 7 business days’ notice of cancellation. The organisers will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to course cancellation.

Should the event be cancelled or rescheduled due to insufficient registrations, the registrant has the choice to book into a future course or receive a full refund of monies paid. Our preferred payment and refund method is either Internet Banking or Cheque.

On-Site Training (at your workplace) – Cancellation Policy

Once an on-site training course is booked with ShareThePoint, dates can be changed up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date. Any changes within 14 days of the scheduled date will incur the on-charging of fees and costs for changing instructor’s flight and accommodation bookings (e.g. domestic flights incur a $50 change fee plus any difference in fare).
