This ensures the continued success of what you set out to achieve. For a low monthly fee, you can become part of a wider support network.

The ESSENTIAL membership plan provides one login for the organisation (i.e. Username + Password, associated with one email address).
If you require individual logins which will allow for support tickets per person, the EXTENDED and ENTERPRISE membership plans allow for multiple logins.

Help is on tap as and when you need it! For those burning questions, or issues you need answered more urgently, your SharePoint SOS membership includes personal support (hours per month depends on your membership) from SharePoint Solutions Specialists.

Find answers yourself by searching hundreds of articles. These are qualified by our SharePoint Specialists, and save hours of online search results from unknown sources.
How-to guides are also taken from all our training manuals and excellent search, categories and tags will help to refine results. New content is being added weekly.
Search results often exclude the WHY of the feature – all our Knowledge Base articles provide business context to explain why you might use something.
